APLX Help : Help on APL language : APL Primitives : ≤ Less than or equal

Compares each element in the lefthand argument with the corresponding element in the righthand argument. If an element in the lefthand argument is less than, or equal to, the corresponding righthand element, the result of that comparison is 1. Otherwise it is 0.
